The Huawei PDC400S12-CB (part number 02314VUG) is a 400 W DC power module with back-to-front airflow: its own fan exhausts air from the power panel side. It is hot-swappable, and the device it powers has 1+1 power module redundancy, so a module can be replaced without interrupting operation. It accepts a rated input of +48 V DC or −48 V DC to −60 V DC, across input ranges of +38.4 V DC to +57 V DC and −38.4 V DC to −72 V DC. Rated input current is 10 A, with a maximum of 12 A. It supplies 12.3 V at a rated 32.5 A and 400 W. It measures 39.6 × 66 × 215 mm (H × W × D) and weighs 1.0 kg without packaging. It stops output on input undervoltage, input overvoltage and overtemperature, restoring it automatically once the condition clears, and shuts down on input overcurrent without restarting on its own. Output overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuits also stop output and recover automatically — but the module locks if overcurrent or a short circuit happens five or more times within 2 minutes, or overvoltage three or more times within 5 minutes. Connect the black wire to the RTN (+) terminal and the blue wire to the NEG (−) terminal. On the supply side, use a C16 or lower circuit breaker when one breaker feeds one power module, and C25 or higher when one breaker feeds several. The STAT indicator is steady green when input and output are normal and blinks green (4 Hz) during online loading. It is off when the module has no output power, or its output is abnormal because of a fan fault, overtemperature protection, abnormal input (no DC input, DC input overvoltage or undervoltage) or abnormal output (overvoltage, overcurrent or short circuit).
